kanaky.xyz is hosted on GitHub Pages — GitHub, Inc., 88 Colin P. Kelly Jr. Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States. Two other services are involved when you interact with the site: the contact form is delivered by FormSubmit, and payments on the marketplace are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.

Privacy

What we collect, and what we don't

We collect only what you send us. If you use the contact form or write to us, we hold your name, email address and the content of your message, for as long as needed to answer you and to keep a record of the engagement. If you buy from the marketplace, Stripe processes the payment and we hold the details required to issue an invoice and deliver your licence.

We do not run advertising trackers, analytics scripts or third-party pixels on this site. Your business data stays in controlled environments and is never used to train public AI models.

You can ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — write to kevyn@kanaky.xyz and we will action it. In New Zealand these rights come from the Privacy Act 2020; equivalent rights apply under French and New Caledonian data protection rules for clients there.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or analytics cookies. Anything stored in your browser is technical — remembering that you closed a menu, for instance — and disappears when you clear your browser data. There is nothing to consent to because there is nothing tracking you.

Outreach

If we emailed you

We send business-to-business outreach. Addresses come from what a business has published itself — its own website, a directory it listed itself in, a trade register — never from harvested or purchased lists. Every message identifies us and carries a way to opt out.

Reply with unsubscribe, or write to kevyn@kanaky.xyz, and you are removed permanently across every campaign. We treat that as final and global, not per-campaign. Terms of sale

Buying from the marketplace

Marketplace systems are sold as a one-time purchase, not a subscription. You receive the source code, a guided installer, a commercial licence registered to your name, a live setup call and 30 days of direct support. Delivery is by email, automatically, after payment. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise; launch pricing applies until the date shown on the product page.

The licence is for your own business use. It does not permit reselling the system, redistributing the source code, or deploying it for third parties without a separate agreement — which is available, on request.

Refunds. If the system does not run after we have done the setup call together, you get a full refund. We cannot refund on the basis of how many people reply to your outreach: that depends on your offer, and that part was always yours.

Services. Audits, builds and retainers are scoped in writing before any work starts. What is in scope, what it costs and when it is due are set out in the quote you approve; that document takes precedence over anything on this page.

The text, guides, page designs and code published on kanaky.xyz are ours. Quote us, link to us, cite us in your own work — that is welcome, and a link back is appreciated. Republishing whole pages, or feeding our content into a product as if it were yours, is not.

The guides on this site are written to be genuinely useful, but they are general information, not legal, tax or financial advice for your situation.

Which law applies

Unless your contract says otherwise, engagements are governed by New Zealand law. If something goes wrong, write to us first — most things are solved in one honest conversation.
